If your order contains any defective goods, please contact our after-sale service dept for return or exchange. 

As this is an international shipment, we not suggest you return the goods to us as it will occur higher shipping fees. Instead of returning the goods to us, you can 

  • Receive a coupon for your next order
  • Have the product cost refunded or use it for your next order

To avoid any return or exchange issues, please help us do below things.

1. Don’t make a large order until you have made some kind of test!

If you are a little unsure about sizes, colors, or printing techniques – submit a test order before making the big purchase!

2. Order as soon as possible if you need your order for a specific date.

Generally we have enough stock, but we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at your door the very next day. Sometimes there can be delays due to shipping space limits or stock issues.
